The intelligence beneath the signal

Know the business.
Know what should happen next.
Orpheus is being built to connect what a venture knows about its brand, customers, and objectives with the work it needs to do.
Find the gaps. Review the evidence. Turn an approved priority into a clear brief, an owner, and a way to learn.

Understand why.
A software venture keeps hearing the same question from buyers. Follow it from an observation to a piece of work with a reason.
Observation
Buyers keep asking
how onboarding works.
A recurring question is a signal worth examining. It does not yet explain why buyers hesitate.
“Who handles setup, and what does our team need to do?”
Sample discovery-call note
Three sample sales conversations, linked to the same buyer question.
Evidence & interpretation
Put the question
beside the promise.
Compare the conversation with the venture’s positioning and current materials.
- Sales notes
- Buyers ask who owns setup.
- Website
- The benefits are clear; the onboarding steps are not.
- Brand context
- The intended promise is a guided start.
Working hypothesisBuyers may need a clearer path to adoption.
Proposed action
Test an onboarding
explainer.
Make the next step small enough to act on, and specific enough to evaluate.
- Hypothesis
- Clearer setup expectations may reduce buyer uncertainty.
- Deliverable
- A website section and a short sales follow-up guide.
- Review point
- Track setup questions in the next five qualified conversations.
Human review required
The decision belongs
to the team.
People check the evidence, adjust the scope, and decide whether the proposal becomes work.
- Confirm the setup steps with the product owner.
- Check the language against approved brand claims.
- Agree on an owner and a review point.
The evidence, changes, and approving person stay with the brief.
Planned work · after approval
One brief. An owner.
A review point.
The approved direction becomes a piece of work that retains its context.
- Work
- Explain the onboarding experience.
- Owner
- Content lead, with product review.
- Done when
- Both assets reflect the reviewed steps and approved claims.
- Learn
- Review the next five conversations against the original question.

03 / Connected intelligence
From separate signals
to decisive action.
The useful part is the connection: what you know about the business informs what you do next.
Keep the source, the reasoning, and the resulting work together.
04 / Human direction
Intelligence proposes.
People decide.
Orpheus is designed to distinguish an observation from a hypothesis, and a recommendation from an approved decision.
People establish what is true and what the business commits to. The evidence and reasoning stay with that decision.
Context. Judgment. Accountability.06 / A little more context
Good questions.
What is Orpheus?
Orpheus is a marketing operating system for modern ventures and is part of Null Ventures LLC. It is being built to connect brand knowledge, strategic priorities, and coordinated execution, with evidence and human decisions at the center.
Who is it being built for?
The initial product is for authorized operators within a venture portfolio. Its longer-term direction includes venture studios, multi-brand operators, and growth teams.
Does Orpheus make decisions for us?
People make the consequential decisions. Orpheus can help organize evidence and propose a next step; people review the claims, approve priorities, and authorize commitments.
Is Orpheus publicly available?
Orpheus is currently an internal product in development. This website introduces the product and its direction. Public registration is not available.
Can every venture see the same information?
Venture records are isolated by membership and permissions. Belonging to a portfolio does not, by itself, grant access to a venture’s information.
